Anđela Marunović was born in Podgorica in 2001.
She completed her education at the “Slobodan Škerović” Gymnasium in Podgorica, as well as at the music and ballet school “Vasa Pavić.” She graduated in acting from the Faculty of Drama Arts in Cetinje, under the guidance of Professor Dubravka Drakić.
She has performed in plays such as “Bliskost” and “Play Shakespeare,” and appeared in the TV series “Branilac” produced by RTS. In addition, she has been featured in films like “Život je put” and “Da li ti nedostajem?” produced by Cezam, as well as in student films “Glas u tišini” directed by Anja Kečalović and “Žmurke u boji” directed by Mišo Martinović.
Anđela was also the face of the campaign for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and has participated in an OSCE campaign for the protection of human rights, as well as in a commercial advocating for consumer rights (The Books of Knjige).
Furthermore, she is the author of the choreodrama “Bijele noći” based on Fyodor Dostoevsky’s story of the same name, produced by the Faculty of Drama Arts in Cetinje.
She also took part in the Creative Europe performance “Invisible Lives,” aimed at highlighting the importance of respecting human rights.
