Vanja Vukcevic holds a Master’s degree in music theory, as well as theory of modern and contemporary art.
Within numerous festivals in the country and the region, art projects and international competitions, from 2006 until today, she organized hundreds of concerts, about thirty international competitions, numerous masterclasses, exhibitions, lectures, promotions, etc. She was an organizer of concerts by world-famous musicians such as Sting, Ennio Morricone, Madonna, Paco de Lucia, Vlatko Stefanovski, Mariza, Tommy Emanuel, Pink Martini, etc.
She worked as a Manager for Program Policy and Planning at the Montenegrin Music Center, and was a member of the Council of this institution. From 2012 till 2022, she taught vocational subjects at the Art School for Music and Ballet Vasa Pavic in Podgorica, as she was a member of the working groups at the Center for Vocational Education on several occasions.
She is the author, co-author and editor of several editions in the field of musical art, reviewer and columnist for the daily newspaper Pobjeda, and author of scientific papers in the field of humanities. She was a screenwriter of music-theater projects, a commentator in documentary films produced by Radio-Television of Montenegro, and a jury member at international music and film festivals.
She is a Project Manager, Producer and Mentor on a number of NGO projects, which are organized under the auspices of domestic and foreign organizations and institutions. In 2017, she was the Project Manager and Curator of the international project Tina Modotti Between Art and Politics, which was awarded by the President of Italy Sergio Mattarella, while in 2022 the Federation of Employers of Montenegro awarded her the prize for the Best Manager in the Civil Sector.
She is a Project Manager at the ARS-INDUSTRIA non-profit organization, and a member of the Music Committee at the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts, and the Commission for Consideration and Determination of Proposals for Awarding the Status of Outstanding Cultural Author.
