Vladimir Perazić is a youth leader with several years of experience in project coordination, event organisation, and the strategic development of youth networks. As Secretary General of the Youth Network of Montenegro, he contributes to the implementation of initiatives focused on youth participation, education, and regional cooperation.
He is an active member of the National Youth Council of Montenegro and several institutional working groups, where he contributes to the development of legislative and strategic frameworks in the field of youth policy. Within the European Youth Capital 2028 initiative in Podgorica, he was part of the team responsible for the preparation and successful candidacy, and currently, as Co-Chair of the Executive Board, coordinates efforts related to the further strategic development and implementation of the initiative.
He has participated in numerous regional and international conferences, including the EU Youth Conference, World Youth Development Forum, Youth Enlargement Dialogue, and the EUSAIR Forum.
In addition to his engagement in the youth sector, Vladimir is also a volleyball referee. He is currently a student of Political Science – International Relations at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Italian and Russian.
