Ana Škoflek Popović doesn’t like to call herself an expert, but she has nearly 20 years of experience in designing and implementing projects that connect culture, youth policy, and digital education. She is well-versed in EU programs, advocates for participatory approaches in her work, and is a big fan of non-formal education.
She worked as a Key Expert and PR Manager for the EU Delegation in Montenegro, where she developed innovative formats for communicating European policies through art – including collaborations with young film and visual artists. Through her work in the public, NGO, and IT sectors, she has linked the film and creative industries with topics such as social dialogue, gender equality, and European values.
She actively contributes to the development of national and regional networks and festivals, and is currently collaborating with the Green Montenegro International Film Fest, where she focuses on strategic EU partnerships and community engagement.
