Luka Tomković

Main Technician

Luka Tomković was born on August 5, 1991, in Podgorica. He graduated from the Faculty of Culture and Tourism at the University of Donja Gorica, and completed a specialization in Communication and Media at the Faculty of Humanities Studies, UDG. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Arts, majoring in Cultural Management.

He has built his professional experience in the creative industry, particularly in film and cultural production. He was engaged at the Montenegrin Cinematheque (JU Crnogorska kinoteka) in archival affairs, where he participated in documenting and depositing film materials and accompanying documentation, contributing to the preservation of the national audiovisual heritage. As an extras coordinator, he took part in the realization of numerous film and television projects, including feature films, TV series, commercials, and music videos, gaining valuable experience in on-set organization and production. He is the founder and owner of KRUNEX LLC Podgorica, a company providing logistical support in film production and event organization.

During his studies and professional development, he was actively involved in the implementation of various projects, events, and educational programs. His engagement in the NGO Studentski Biznis Centar stands out, where he first participated as a trainee and later as an organizer, implementing projects aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and strengthening youth capacities. He has been involved in numerous civil society initiatives, youth exchanges, local and international trainings, seminars, and Erasmus+ projects in the fields of soft skills, leadership, media literacy, public advocacy, environmental protection, and youth activism.

He is the recipient of several awards, including the award for Most Distinguished Volunteer (ADP Zid), recognition from the Capital City of Podgorica for Best Student of the Faculty of Culture and Tourism, as well as awards for Best Negotiator and Delegate at parliamentary practice simulations (MAPSS). He speaks English fluently, has working knowledge of Italian and Spanish, and aims to master at least three additional foreign languages.
