Milo Perović is a Montenegrin actor from Podgorica and a second-year Master’s student in Acting at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, where he completed his undergraduate studies under the mentorship of Professor Dubravka Drakić.
Throughout his career, he has performed in numerous acclaimed theatre productions at the Montenegrin National Theatre, Podgorica City Theatre, and the Royal Theatre Zetski dom. His notable performances include Youth Without God, The Visit, Tarzan – Lord of the Jungle, The Case of the Broken Vase, Dear Teacher, Vernissage, and A Smile for Maria Mikhailovich. For his role in Closeness, he received an award at the international student theatre festival Dioniz in Đakovo.
In addition to theatre, Perović has appeared in several film and television productions, including Do You Miss Me, Ponton’s Heart, Triptych: The Duke of Duklja, and the TV series The Defender, Debt to the Sea, Wild Roots, and Rock Me Gently / Only Him. He is currently involved in several feature films that are in post-production.
He is fluent in English (Cambridge English Certificate) and has a background in sports, particularly football, tennis, and table tennis. He is also recognized for his talent in voice and character impersonation.
For several consecutive years, Milo Perović has been the host of the Green Montenegro International Film Festival, guiding audiences through the Festival’s opening and closing ceremonies as well as its main programme. He returns this year as the official host of the 12th Green Montenegro International Film Festival, continuing to contribute to the unique atmosphere of an event that brings together cinema, nature, and sustainability.
