Nikola Vojinović

Nikola Vojinović was born on September 27, 1994, in Podgorica, Montenegro. Primary education he finished in elementary school “Sutjeska”. After secondary education, which took place at “Petar I Petrović Njegoš” in Danilovgrad, in September 2021, he acquired Bachelor of Law degree at University of Donja Gorica. The same year, he continued to develop his legal knowledge through master’s degree program. In May 2024, he defended his master’s thesis and acquired a Master of Laws degree. 

Throughout his academic career, Mr. Vojinović took part in numerous conferences, legal seminars and scientific forums with primary focus on human rights. In 2023, he was a member of “Gavro Vuković” team, which represented Faculty of Law at 17th Regional Moot Court competition. Besides previous active role in the abovementioned competition, he is still indirectly involved in Faculty team preparation and work with its’ members. 

Since 2024, he has been a teaching assistant at the subject of Human Rights at the undergraduate studies. He tends to address his work to a better understanding of the European Convention of Human Rights with particular emphasis to the European Court of Human Rights case law. Besides direct approach in classroom, he also participates in organization of panel discussions which promote human rights base principles and illuminate particular problems in their implementation.
