Vladimir Perović graduated in Film Directing. His creative documentaries won 116 national and international recognitions so far. He was jury member several times, in Yugoslavia, Serbia, Montenegro, Iran, Russia, Germany, Albania, Romania, and held master classes in China, Turkey, Greece, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro. Worked for several producers in Serbia and Montenegro. Visiting professor of Documentary at Faculty of Drama Arts in Cetinje, Montenegro. Selector for Documentary part of Montenegro Film Festival, Herceg Novi, Montenegro (2011-2018; 2024...), and for Festival of Ethnological Films, Belgrade (2020 - 2023). He lives in Belgrade, Serbia, and makes his films both in Serbia and in Montenegro.
